Life Story 
Vellaswamy Rama Vanitha is a former Indian cricket player born on July 19, 1990. She batted first for the state of Karnataka. She made her Women's One-Day International (WODI), and Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) debuts against Sri Lanka in January 2014. In February 2022, she announced her retirement from all disciplines of cricket.
Family
Vanitha's family, which includes two sisters and a brother, has encouraged her professional pursuits. At one time, she attended a coaching camp where the trainees were all male. When she was 11, her father escorted her to the Karnataka Institute of Cricket. Her early experiences playing gully cricket with her father and brother laid the groundwork for a lifelong passion for the sport.
In Bangalore, Vanitha attended the Seventh-day Adventist school. She continued her education at CMR Law School and MS Ramaiah College of Law. She's not only a cricket player but a businesswoman as well. In 2013, she and her brother released the app Orgobliss.
Career
Vanitha made her debut for the Karnataka women's cricket team in 2006. Irfan Sait, her coach and mentor, has been a significant contributor to her development of the necessary cricketing abilities during the course of her career. Other trainers, such as Dilip, Naseer, Anant Dante, and Rajini, assisted her in improving her game at various periods throughout her career.
