She is also the first member of the Goa Cricket Association to represent India at the international level. She participated in one Test match, and two ODI matches against England following the T20 World Cup. She contributed significantly to India's victory over South Africa on November 26, 2014. 

She scored 59 runs while taking 3 wickets. Pandey was a member of the Indian squad that reached the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup final before falling to England by nine runs. She was selected for India's team in January 2020 in preparation for the 2020 ICC Women's T20 World Cup in Australia. 

Pandey was included in the Test squad for India's one-off encounter against England's women's cricket team in May 2021. At the Cox's Bazar cricket venue in Bangladesh on March 9, 2014, Pandey played her first Twenty20 (T20) match against Bangladesh. She debuted against England in the ODI and Test formats in August of that same year at Wormsley and Scarborough, respectively.
