An engineer by education, Abhinav Shekhar graduated from the Technocrats Institute of Technology in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He didn't limit himself to academics; he engaged in wide-ranging activities, especially writing. 

After graduating, he prepared for the civil service, but his heart kept pulling him towards his creative side, which eventually drove him to express his art in a unique way.

Career

Abhinav Shekhar’s love for art started at a young age. As a fourth-grader, Abhinav found comfort in poems and showed off his skills by competing in different speaking contests. He even wrote beautiful letters to the people his friends were dating.

Abhinav took his talents to the stage and the screen by writing for theatrical plays, short films, and more after relocating from Patna to Bhopal for his studies. Shekhar followed his heart and began posting his creative works on a YouTube channel titled MCBC FILMY, where he has received nothing but praise for his abilities.

Abhinav Shekhar’s career took an exciting turn in 2016 when he decided to turn his writing talent into rapping. This decision was mainly motivated by his desire to give his poetry a bigger platform where it could reach a larger audience. After that, he tried to be a singer, a rapper, and a composer, among other things. Yaar Berozgaar, Lakk Boom Boom, Jogi, Loverfehmi, Hindustan, and Log Kya Kahenge are among his numerous Hindi and Punjabi songs.

In 2018, he founded BLive Music, an event management company. He also has a YouTube channel with the same name, which has over twenty lakh subscribers.

Awards and Achievements

Abhinav Shekhar’s career reached a high note when he appeared on two famous Sony TV shows, India's Best Dancer and The Kapil Sharma Show, in 2020.

Interestingly, apart from being an amazing artist, Abhinav is also an accomplished sportsperson. He was rewarded with a silver medal in a district-level Kickboxing championship in 2018.
