In 2019, he participated in and won the Marathi reality competition Bigg Boss Marathi 2. Shiv was also seen on the 16th season of the original Bigg Boss, where he was the first runner-up.

Shiv joined the MTV Roadies Revolution in 2020 and served as a judge for the audition rounds. In March 2021, he launched B.Real, a deodorant brand. Currently, he is in the thirteenth season of the Indian reality and stunt-based TV show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi.
