Biography

Sana Saeed  is an Indian actress and model, who appears in Bollywood films and Indian television. Her first appearance was as a child artist in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998) and continued to do so in films like Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega (2000) and Badal (2000). She also appeared in television shows such as Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na (2008) and Lo Ho Gayi Pooja Iss Ghar Ki (2008).

In 2012, Saeed made her big screen debut as an adult in a supporting role in Karan Johar's Student Of The Year, which emerged as a box-office commercial success. She participated in the reality shows Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6 (2013), Nach Baliye 7 (2015) and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 (2016).

Sana Saeed was born on September 22nd, 1988 to Abdul Ahad Saeed and her mother. She was born in Mumbai, India. She has 2 siblings, whose names are Sadia Saeed and Nyela Saeed Kapadia. 

Career 

Sana Saeed started her acting career as a child in big hits like "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" (1998), "Badal" (2000), and "Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega" (2000). She also became known for hosting "Fox Kids," a popular children's show on Star Plus, playing the character Chatur Chachi. Besides, she appeared in TV series "Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na" on Sony TV and "Lo Ho Gayi Pooja Iss Ghar Ki" on SAB TV.

Sana participated in the dance show "Jhalak Dikhla Jaa," where she finished in sixth place and was noted for her energetic dance performances.

In 2012, she took on a supporting role in Karan Johar’s "Student Of The Year," starring alongside Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan, and Alia Bhatt. Despite her limited screen time, her performance as a former child actress was well-received. Taran Adarsh, a Bollywood Hungama film critic, praised her for looking glamorous and performing well, while Komal Nahta noted her role was mostly to look good on screen. The film, which launched on 19 October 2012 across over 1400 screens, received a mix of positive reviews and did well at the box office, being declared a semi-hit after three weeks. She also competed in "Nach Baliye 7," where she came in fifth place.

In May 2018, Sana was a guest on Zee TV's chat show "Juzz Baatt" with Adnan Khan, Arjit Taneja, and Karan Jotwani.
