Prakram Dandona is an Indian professional MMA Fighter, bodybuilder, and entrepreneur who was born on 25 January 1995. He has gained prominence for his appearances in TV shows like India’s Ultimate Warrior (2022) aired on Discovery Plus and Discovery Channel and MTV Roadies season 19. The show is shown on MTV India and is also available on JioCinema and Voot.

Then he played Matrix Fight Night 3 and Matrix Fight Night, however he was defeated in both matches.He also owns two fitness clubs, ROAR MMA in Faridabad (opened on 14 October 2019) and Cafe Roar in Delhi (established on 29 September 2020). He teaches fitness, self-defense, boxing, wrestling, and other martial arts.In 2022, he made his television debut as a contestant on Discovery Plus and Discovery Channel's reality show India's Ultimate Warrior. In 2023, Prakram Dandona is ranked 64th out of 80 active Asia South Pro Lightweights. He was previously ranked 70th out of 87 active Asia South Pro Lightweights. In the same year he participated as a contestant in the youth popular show called MTV Roadies season 19. The judges were stunned by the MMA strikes he exhibited during the personal interview and awarded him a total of nearly 3200 Roadies points.

Roadies Karm Ya Kaand is the nineteenth season of the Indian reality show MTV Roadies, produced by Banijay Asia.Sonu Sood hosts the show, which premieres on MTV India on June 3, 2023 and is available digitally on JioCinema. It also sees the return of gang head Prince Narula, as well as new gang leaders Gautam Gulati and Rhea Chakraborty. Shiv Thakare, an ex-Roadie, appeared on an episode during the Auditions. MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand auditions were held in Chandigarh on 13 April 2023, Delhi on 15 April 2023, Indore on 20 April 2023, and Pune on 22 April 2023. Prakram gave a powerful performance in his audition round on the show and got into the gang of Gautam Gulati.

India's Ultimate Warrior is a reality television show produced by Base Films. Vidyut Jamwal, a well-known Bollywood actor and martial artist, serves as the show's Dojo Master. The setting for this event is an ancient Martial Arts Dojo, where 16 great fighters and athletes recruited from throughout India will display their talents to prove that they are the ultimate warrior. To demonstrate their skills, all competitors will face a variety of obstacles. The reality show was filmed in the Empower Activity Camps in Kolad, Maharashtra, near Pune. Prakram made his debut in the television industry through this show and displayed his strong skills.
