Meghasri made her screen debut in 2015's Panchamukhi, followed by a role in Anaganaga Oka Chitram, also in Telugu. She debuted in Tamil in 2017 with Ka Ka Ka: Aabathin Arikuri. She made her Kannada film debut in the same year with March 22 and appeared in Oxygen as a supporting actor. In Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava (2018), Jr. NTR's biggest hit, Meghasri had a significant part.

Ka Ka Ka: Aabathin Arikuri

In the Manon-directed 2015 Indian romantic-horror film Kaki, Ashok, Meghashree, Sangeetha Bhat, and Kiran Pattikonda star. The film was simultaneously shot in Telugu and Tamil as Ka Ka Ka: Aabathin Arikuri which was released in 2017. Karthik (Ashok) marries Deepthi (Meghashree) in the US. They both travel to India to work in Kiran's factory (Kiran Pattikonda), and they choose to remain in his village.

Oxygen

PlayThe 2017 Telugu action thriller movie Oxygen was written and directed by A. M. Jyothi Krishna and produced by S. Aishwarya under the Sri Sai Raam Creations banner. One such encounter with Veerabhadram, who wants to kill Raghupati's family, took place as Raghupati's enemies continued to attempt to kill his family members.

Veerabhadram is warned by Krishna not to retaliate against the family. After having a change of heart, Shruti begs Krishna to abandon his enterprise and remain in the village. He accepts before the two attackers arrive. However, with the aid of the murderers, Krishna beheads Mahendra, the brother of Shruthi, and also murders other men. In addition, he murders Ganapathi and kidnaps Shruthi. Krishna discusses his past when Shruthi presses him about his actions.
