Famous fashion designer Vikram Kapoor has a catastrophic accident one night, and one of his best models, Sarah Brigenza, is also discovered dead in what appears to be a suicide the same night. Vikram manages to live, but the rest of his life will be spent in a wheelchair due to his paralysis. Radhika Nair, his lover, runs his fashion studio while Vikram is away. After a long absence, Vikram returns to his parents' house, where his father Pratap Kapoor and stepmother Romila Kapoor reside. To look after Vikram, Radhika also frequently visits his home. Criminal suspects Vikram is the main suspect in Sarah's murder because the bullet that killed her came from his gun, proving that she did not commit herself.
Pratap had already reported the loss, notwithstanding that. At the scene, a different gun was present. Currently, Vikram is having various near-fatal occurrences happen in his home. But his stepmother Romila, who wants both herself and her biological daughter Nandini to inherit Pratap's wealth, orchestrated the mishaps.
In a flashback, it is revealed that Sarah and Vikram had a one-night affair. Sarah then expressed interest in dating Vikram despite being engaged to Jimmy (Taher Shabbir) at the time. Sarah shot herself in an underground garage after being rejected. If Sarah was discovered dead there, Vikram was horrified to learn that no eyewitness could support his innocence.
He then drove her to her residence while carrying her "corpse," where her lifeless body was later discovered.
The two appear to have arranged the incidents in the house that almost killed Vikram when Vikram inadvertently witnesses Romila's ex-boyfriend Narang Kapoor (Sudhanshu Pandey) sneaking into his house to meet Romila. Additionally, he has a distinct sense that someone is secretly watching him around him.
Jimmy is a leading candidate for Sarah's murder as well because he was captured on CCTV leaving her home shortly after a gunshot was heard and before Sarah's body was discovered. Jimmy is currently evading capture by law enforcement, and some of the CCTV footage from Sarah's home that evening is still missing. The little of CCTV tape that is still available demonstrates that Sarah was still alive when Vikram drove her home, but Jimmy arrived and discovered their liaison. Shortly after that, a fight broke out between Jimmy and Vikram.
In order to go on a cruise, Pratap, Romila, and Nandini leave Vikram at home alone. The night they left, Vikram was attacked and killed inside his home by a masked guy who was apparently Narang. Paralyzed In an effort to get away from him, Vikram phones his girlfriend Radhika, who eventually shows up. Radhika is unable to save Vikram when he is ultimately captured by him since she is unable to stop the attacker.
At the critical moment, police inspector Roy arrives at Vikram's home and shoots the masked assailant. To everyone's surprise, he is not Narang or Jimmy but rather Pratap, who should be on a family cruise. Roy now tells the tale: Pratap received a call from Sarah telling him that she had located his lost rifle and asked him to come to her house to pick it up. When Pratap arrived, he saw Vikram and Jimmy fighting, so he shot Sarah to put Vikram in the wrong, and the two fled the house to avoid being discovered. Roy only discovered this after arresting Jimmy, who had previously told him this tale. Instead of going on the cruise, Pratap found an excuse to go back home. At the conclusion, it is revealed that Vikram never lost his legs; instead, he and his doctor planned and pretended to be disabled in order to exact revenge on his mother's murder.
Pratap, who had slain his mother for cash, was actually his uncle who had also organised Vikram's accident.
