Plot

In essence, Panchayat is centred on the Phulara village. After earning his engineering degree, Abhishek, the panchayat secretary, is appointed in this hamlet. He is looking for alternative employment because he wants to leave this village. Yet, as the plot develops, he begins to fall in love with this community.
