Adhura is a web series presented in the Hindi language. The film was directed by Gauravv K Chawla and Ananya Banerjee. As the school gets ready for the much-anticipated homecoming of the class of 2007, which will bring together former students from all over the world, Adhiraj Jaisingh finds himself back where he used to live. Adhiraj is haunted by his past, and now he has to deal with the effects of a bad thing he did fifteen years ago.
But what was supposed to be a trip down memory lane turns into something scary when Vedant's path crosses Adhiraj. As their worlds collide, a dark truth that has been hidden for a long time starts to come out and threatens the lives of everyone on campus.
As the mystery around Vedant grows, the mood at Nilgiri Valley School gets more and more dark. Strange things keep happening with such force that they shake the school community to its core. Both students and teachers are stuck in a web of fear and suspicion, and they don't know who they can trust.
As Adhiraj learns more about Vedant's arrival and the strange things that have been happening, he realises that the dark secret he had hoped to bury for good has come back to haunt him and wants revenge. There isn't much time left, and everyone's lives are in danger.
With each new piece of information, the secret of Vedant grows, and it becomes clearer what the real threat to the school is. Adhiraj must face his own problems and make up for what he did in the past. He is driven by guilt and the desire to protect the people he used to care about.
As the end of the story gets closer, the Nilgiri Valley School becomes a battlefield between the forces of darkness and the desperate fight for redemption. People's lives are in danger, and the people at the school must work together and face their own fears and secrets to stand up to the evil spirit that wants to eat them all.

Review
Adhura does have a few surprises to offer in the heavily sealed horror zone. The main character's tense awareness of a world beyond what can be seen is a positive aspect of the story.
The unfolding of Vedant's condition is done realistically, and the sequence of events is suitably layered, despite the fact that the central idea appeared obvious from the very beginning. In spite of this, the finale is brought to a fulfilling point by the dramatic climax as well as the resolution of the mystery.
The debut performance given by Shrenik Arora is quite remarkable. He conveys the existence of invisible powers and a certain threat of disaster through the glazed expressions in his eyes and smirks on his face. Everyone around Vedant is certain that he is insane, with the exception of the school psychologist, Supriya Ghosh, who makes an effort to understand him.
The tale may have benefited from more adjustments to make it more original, yet the mystery that is maintained and the momentum that is held throughout the seven episodes are never lost.
