Plot

Shaktimaan characters

At a time when evil ruled the earth, the Suryanshis selected a common man to serve as their warrior and fight against evil. His body was revitalised by the five natural components of life, fire, earth, water, wind, and sky and as a result, he was endowed with extraordinary abilities as a result of these elements. Over time, he underwent a metamorphosis and became Shaktimaan. After the Mahabharata war, around 7,500 years ago, Shri Satya established the Suryanshi Sect. Shaktimaan was the reincarnation of Shri Satya. His abilities were bestowed upon him by seven spiritual gurus, who also instructed him in several traditional fighting styles and endowed him with mystic yogic shakti. During the course of his training, Shaktimaan was instructed on how to energise the seven chakras of the body using Kundalini Yoga, which ultimately assisted him in acquiring mystical and supernatural abilities. In addition to this, he performed the rite of death in order to achieve complete mastery of his abilities. This process, rather than killing him, rendered him nearly immortal and stronger than any ordinary human being could ever be. As the ceremony came to a close, the Suryanshis carried out a Yagya, also known as a Yajna, during which he entered the sacred fire and immersed his physical body in it. After that, his body was revitalised by the five natural components of life, which are known as fire, earth, water, wind, and sky. As a result, he acquired further superpowers derived from these elements. In the end, he underwent a metamorphosis into a superhuman fighter in order to engage in combat against the forces of evil in the world, ultimately leading to his transformation into the super hero Shaktimaan.
