Paaru (पारू) is a Marathi TV serial that premiered on February 12, 2024, on Zee Marathi directed by Raju Sawant. The show is an official remake of Zee Telugu's TV series Muddha Mandaram. It stars Sharayu Sonawane, Prasad Jawade and Mugdha Karnik in the lead roles. The show is about Paaru, a simple girl, really looks up to Ahilyadevi, a powerful and respected leader. When they meet, there's a mix-up that causes a problem between them. This makes Paaru want to make things right and get Ahilyadevi to like her. Paaru, a simple girl, is in awe of Ahilya Devi, a tycoon who commands respect from others around her. A misunderstanding occurs when their paths cross, prompting Paaru to win Ahilya Devi over. Watch the episodes every Monday to Saturday for new dramas in every episode.

In 2019, she portrayed the character Surakhi in the Marathi film “Sur Sapata,” further establishing her presence in the regional cinema. Sharayu Sonawane expanded her horizons to Marathi television, making her debut in 2020 with the series “Prem Poison Panga"
Mugdha Karnik as AhilyaDevi Shrikant Kirloskar	Mugdha Karnik is an Indian actor who works in Marathi film and television. Mugdha Karnik is known for Jhimma (2021) and Swabhimaan- Shodh Astitvacha (2021).
Prasad Javade as Aditya Shrikant Kirloskar	Prasad Jawade is an Indian actor who mainly works in Marathi film and television. In 2010, he appeared in Zee Marathi's Maziya Priyala Preet Kalena. In 2011, he got first lead role in Zee Marathi's Arundhati. In 2013, he again bagged the lead role in Star Pravah's Laxmi v/s Saraswati. In 2015, he appeared in Ase He Kanyadan. In 2019, he came into limelight after he played a role of B.R. Ambedkar in Ek Mahanayak – Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. He participated in Colors Marathi's reality show Bigg Boss Marathi 4 as a contestant in October 2022.
