The only catch is that Vedavati's and the daughter-in-law's horoscopes must be exact matches. Additionally, Vedavati's younger son Srikar (Raki Gowda) is her only chance because her money-minded elder son defies her wishes. Srikar develops feelings for Avani (Aishwarya Pisse), a tour guide in their city, as Vedavati continues her hunt. But will Vedavati's and Avani's horoscopes coincide? Will Vedavati still accept Avani as her daughter-in-law if she does not? And why did Goddess Annapurna first become enraged? And what duty did she have?
