Moonlight - An Elusive Love Story is the English title of the Indian supernatural fantasy television series Chandrakanta Ek Mayavi Prem Gaatha, which debuted on Colours TV on June 24, 2017, and ran till June 16, 2018.[1] It relates the tale of Princess Chandrakanta and is based on Devaki Nandan Khatri's 1888 novel of the same name. Plot

Ratnaprabha, a master magician who possesses the most potent blade of Lord Vishnu, gives birth to Princess Chandrakanta Jai Singh. Iravati Singh, a wicked queen who takes control of Vijaygarh in order to use the dagger to dominate the world. To keep it safe and deliver it over to Chandrakanta after 21 years, Ratnaprabha stores the dagger at a temple.

• Chandrakanta, is described as a courageous and attractive princess. She is renowned for her wit, quick thinking, and determination.
