Introduction 

Bhagya Laxmi is an Indian television drama series that premiered on August 3, 2021, on the Zee TV network. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor and stars Aishwarya Khare and Rohit Suchanti in the lead roles. The show revolves around the life of Lakshmi, a kind-hearted naive girl from a village whose family gets her married to a businessman named Rishi Oberoi. However things take a turn when Lakshmi learns the truth of her marriage.

Details

Plot 

Rishi Oberoi, the son of industrialist Virendra Oberoi, is saved by Lakshmi. However, after a series of events, Lakshmi gets married to Rishi. Lakshmi and Virendra have had a father-daughter relationship since the first day they met. Lakshmi falls in love with Rishi but is taken aback by his ignorance. Sonia, Rishi's sister, and Karishma, Virendra's divorced sister, despise Lakshmi. Lakshmi tries but fails to win everyone's hearts. When Lakshmi is involved in an accident and her condition worsens, Rishi realises his feelings for her. He confesses his feelings for Lakshmi in the hospital, but she has lost her memory and has forgotten about Rishi.

The first promotional teaser, featuring Kundali Bhagya's Shraddha Arya as Preeta, was released on June 16, 2021, introducing the female-lead of this series, Aishwarya Khare as Lakshmi. Following that, on June 18, 2021, another teaser featuring Kumkum Bhagya's Sriti Jha as Pragya introducing Aishwarya Khare as her close friend, Lakshmi, was released. The show premiered on 3 August 2021 on Zee TV and digital platform ZEE5.
