Plot

Lost is based on true events and tells the story of a young lady criminal reporter working on a story about the sudden disappearance of a young theatre activist. The multi-layered tale is meant to reflect the concept of lost principles and integrity.

Lost is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, a well-known Indian director popularly recognised for movies like Pink and Buno Haansh. Shyamal Sengupta, Ritesh Shah, and Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury are the writer who created the screenplay for the movie. Lost is produced by Kishor Arora, Sam Fernandes, Shareen Mantri Kedia, Kanwal Kohli, Angarika Mantri, Indrani Mukherjee, and Sudhir Narayan Sherigar. Avik Mukhopadhyay, who is well known for the films Gulabo Sitabo and Sardar Udham, shot the scenes for Lost. The movie's editing was done by Bodhaditya Banerjee, who is best known for the films Pink and Raid. The Indian musician, pianist, and composer produced music for Lost. Shantanu Moitra, an Indian pianist, composer, and music producer, composed music for Lost.

The film's production began in Kolkata in July 2021. The casting director looked for the perfect cast. The Lost writers worked for months to perfect the script so that it was both appealing and thrilling. There were numerous technical obstacles during pre-production. Filming was finished by the end of August 2021.

Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, Shyamal Sengupta, Ritesh Shah, Avik Mukhopadhyay, and more talented artists worked to make this picture fit the makers' vision.
