However, their peaceful lives are disrupted when Kaal (Vivek Oberoi), a sinister geneticist, hatches a nefarious plan to wreak havoc on the world. Kaal, who himself possesses extraordinary powers, creates a gang of mutants who are loyal to him. These mutants are led by Kaya (Kangana Ranaut), a seductive and lethal woman with shape-shifting abilities.
As Kaal's gang of mutants begins to cause destruction and chaos, Krrish and Rohit realise they must join forces to defeat this formidable enemy. Krrish's love interest, Priya (Priyanka Chopra), provides unwavering support throughout their journey.

The 2013 Bollywood film Krrish 3 faced controversy when Uday Singh Rajput, a writer from Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh, took legal action in the Bombay High Court. Rajput alleged that the film's script violated his copyright and sought a stay on the all-India release of Krrish 3. Additionally, he claimed ₹20 million in compensation for the alleged breach.
However, despite the claims made by Rajput, the Bombay High Court refused to grant him relief. The court did not find sufficient evidence or merit in his allegations to halt the film's release or award him the requested compensation. The court's decision indicated that it did not find the case to be backed up and therefore did not see grounds for intervening in the film's release.
