A masked man who has broken into Aisha Verma's home kills her by throwing her out the window as she attempts to leave her husband Guru Divekar a note. CBI agent Aditya Rathore emphasises during her burial that Guru will go on a killing rampage unless the perpetrator is found.
Backstory: Mob boss Caesar raised and trained deadly hitman Guru to kill the thugs who murdered his parents. Guru worked for Caesar as a hitman. Debu's mother refuses to testify against Guru after he is imprisoned for killing Debu, telling him that one day God will make him pay for his actions by taking away his loved one. Aisha, an upbeat young woman with a fatal disease, and Guru quickly fall in love and get married. While Aisha obtains medical attention in Mumbai and heals, Guru leaves his old life behind and finds employment. Prior to telling Guru face-to-face about her pregnancy when he returns from his interview, she is murdered.
Currently, Rakesh Mahadkar is a failure who receives continual criticism and abuse from his wife Sulochana for his flaws. Despite the fact that he adores his wife, he often kills other women who treat him impolitely, and Aisha ends up being one of them. Rakesh is hunted down by Guru, who violently beats him up before checking him into a hospital and paying the bills in an effort to punish him by continually putting him in danger of dying, saving him, and then repeating the process. Guru is devastated to learn that Aisha got pregnant while he is at the hospital. Rakesh is again stopped by Guru as he is about to attack a nurse. Rakesh understands that Guru is Aisha's husband and that he is out for retribution. He kills Aisha's father after mocking Guru over the phone at his friend Brijesh's advice.
