Chandlo is about a young woman named Aastha, played by Shraddha Dangar, who lives with her professor mother-in-law, Meera, played by Kaajal Oza Vaidya. When Sharan (Manav Gohil), a charming ghazal singer, moves in next door, their lives take a turn they didn't expect.

Aastha and her mother-in-law, Meera, challenge the stereotypical saas-bahu relationship. They defy everyone’s expectations by developing a strong bond of friendship, love, and respect, contrary to the archetypal tension and disagreements between in-laws. As events unfold, their unshakable camaraderie is put to the test through trials and tribulations.
