Introduction 

Bhoothnath is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language supernatural comedy film written and directed by Vivek Sharma, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Juhi Chawla, Aman Siddiqui, Priyanshu Chatterjee, and Rajpal Yadav, with a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh Khan. The film is based on Oscar Wilde's short story The Canterville Ghost from 1887.

Story

Bhoothnath is a Bollywood movie released in 2008. Ravi Chopra's 'Bhoothnath' promises to be an entertaining film that will appeal to both children and adults. Irani Irani, the principal of Banku's new high school, is Satish Shah. He adores the lunch boxes of his students. When Bhoothnath and Banku play a prank on him, whatever he says turns into gibberish, he is in for a wild journey. Rajpal Yadav plays Anthony, a drunk. He is a risk-taking alcoholic.

'Bhoothnath' is the story of a seven-year-old naughty but innocent youngster who unwittingly transforms an enemy into a friend. This is Banku's and his companion Bhoothnath's story. Banku and his mother visit Nath Villa, which is inhabited by a spirit trapped in limbo. Banku befriends and assists this ghost.
