Angrezi Medium, also known as English Medium, is a Hindi comedy-drama film that was released in 2020. It was directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Maddock Films. The movie is a standalone sequel to the 2017 film Hindi Medium and stars Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan, Deepak Dobriyal, and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles. The filming started on April 5, 2019, in Udaipur and was completed in London by July of the same year. Unfortunately, this film became Irrfan's final release before he passed away on April 29, 2020.

Champak Bansal, a widowed sweet-shop owner in Udaipur, Rajasthan, supports his daughter Tarika's dream of studying abroad. Tarika secures a scholarship to London's Truford University. On the Annual Day, Champak exposes a corrupt judge and faces consequences, including Tarika's scholarship being destroyed. Determined to send Tarika to London, Champak, Tarika, and Gopi (his half-brother) travel to London but are deported. Tarika enjoys a carefree life while funding her education. Champak and Gopi return using fake identities, and they reconnect with Tarika. After a series of events, Tarika decides to study in Udaipur, bringing peace and unity to the family.
The film was originally released in theaters in India on March 13, 2020. However, due to the closure of cinemas caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, its theatrical run was affected. Initially, there were plans for a re-release, but they were eventually canceled. Instead, the film was made available digitally on Disney+ Hotstar less than a month after its theatrical release. This decision was made to ensure that audiences could still enjoy the film despite the closure of cinemas.

On its first day of release, Angrezi Medium earned a net collection of ₹4.03 crore at the domestic box office. The film continued its steady performance, collecting ₹2.75 crore on the second day and ₹2.25 crore on the third day, bringing the total opening weekend collection to ₹9.03 crore. As of 15 March 2020, the film had a gross collection of ₹10.75 crore in India and ₹2.40 crore overseas, resulting in a worldwide gross collection of ₹13.54 crore. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film was taken out of theaters when they were closed on 24 March 2020. It was later released on Disney+ Hotstar.
