Plot

Ramakrishna 'Ricky' had wanted to work for RAW since he was a young boy. When he meets Colonel Mahadev alias "The Devil," the head of RAW, who gives him the assignment to pose as a rookie in order to apprehend Dharma alias "The God," a former RAW agent who deserted the organisation and founded his own crime organisation in Budapest, his goal is almost realised. With the support of Home Minister Jayadev, he intends to utilise "Super Cells" against India.
