Play

Daanish, played by Utsav Naik, is currently in the process of returning to his home in Saputara. During the course of his journey, he comes across a stranger who is unconscious and laying on the road. His name is Shukhlaji (Hiten Kumar), and he is an elderly and exhausted stranger. On the strangely quiet paths of Saputara ghat, he approaches Daanish and requests a ride. Two complete strangers, each of whom possesses a personality trait that is completely opposed to the other, are seated in a car together and embark on a trip that is full of unexpected events.

The date of the release was announced to be the 25th of December in 2022. On the 30th of January in 2023, the trailer was released. The release date for Aagantuk is February 17, 2023.

Reviews

Aagantuk received a score of 1.5 out of 5 from Shilpa Bhanushali of Mid-Day Gujarati. She admired the performers, the cinematography, and the music, but she was very critical of the story, the writing, the directing, and the editing.
