Vikram Pratap Singh was signed by Mumbai City in October 2020 in time for the upcoming Indian Super League season of 2020–21. He signed a contract with the Islanders that will keep him with the team through 2023 with an option to extend it for an additional year. 

He scored On December 1 2021 ATK Mohun Bagan scored twice in a 5-1 victory over ATK Mohun Bagan. Later he was a part of the club's AFC Champions League team for 2022.
