Twinkle is an Indian bodybuilder, fitness trainer and athlete. She recently got known for her debut in the tv show MTV Roadies season 19. She participated in the show as a contestant. The show is shown on MTV India and is also available on JioCinema and Voot.

Twinkle was born and brought up in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. She completed her studies from M.G.M. Higher Secondary School and Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa Higher Secondary school both in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Twinkle was athletic and was interested in sports since her childhood. In her school days she used to play basketball.

Career

Until 2017, she dedicated herself entirely to basketball. Despite her tireless efforts, she was disappointed when she was unable to qualify for the nationals, which severely grieved her. She then chose to join a gym, where she was advised to attempt powerlifting. She eventually decided to become a bodybuilder. Chourasia, who grew up in a small village in Madhya Pradesh, met the narrow-mindedness of Indian society, where people objected to her job as a bikini athlete. As a result, she chose to conceal her profession by creating phoney Instagram accounts under the aliases Twinkle Sen and Twinkle Kaur at first. 

Against her parents' objections, she competed in her first bodybuilding competition in 2021. She finished second in the tournament, which substantially boosted her confidence, and there was no turning back from that point on. She subsequently made an Instagram account under her real name Twinkle Chourasia as she garnered fame and established herself in the business. She competed in the Enhanced NPC Series 2023 Noida (UP) in April 2023, where she was eliminated after reaching the Top 6. Before applying for MTV Roadies, she had competed in the Aman Classic Bodybuilding Championship. In 2023 she made her debut in the television industry through the youth popular tv show called MTV Roadies season 19. She participated and got selected as a contestant.

Roadies Karm Ya Kaand is the nineteenth season of the Indian reality show MTV Roadies, produced by Banijay Asia.Sonu Sood hosts the show, which premieres on MTV India on June 3, 2023 and is available digitally on JioCinema. It also sees the return of gang head Prince Narula, as well as new gang leaders Gautam Gulati and Rhea Chakraborty. Shiv Thakare, an ex-Roadie, appeared on an episode during the Auditions. MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand auditions were held in Chandigarh on 13 April 2023, Delhi on 15 April 2023, Indore on 20 April 2023, and Pune on 22 April 2023. In her audition performance, she completed 5 squats while carrying Prince Narula on her shoulders, amazed the gang leaders. Shuly Nadar, her opponent, did six squats while carrying Gautam Gulati. Twinkle Chourasia was won by Gautam Gulati for 2100 Roadiums. She got into the gang of Gautam Gulati.

• In 2019, she won first place in the sub-junior 57 kg weight category in the District Bench Press Powerlifting Championship in Jabalpur.

• In 2021, she finished as the second runner-up in the Women Bikini + Wellness category at the IPA / NPC National Championship.

• In the same year, she won the bodybuilding competition Fit Factor India Delhi.
