His father researched further into the field for his son and decided to move to Calcutta(Kolkata) there he also met his mother who by fate was also a musician.

Although this gave him a getaway to Tanu Weds Manu Returns it was not an easy journey.He had to face many challenges at the beginning of his career. In the early days he even tried approaching numerous major names but was always turned down. Eventually this made his will even more stronger to pursue music. He was driven by the disappointment to write and compose his own songs and lyrics. Soon his dedication took him into the limelight his single Banno was a chartbuster and this even helped him collaborate with Mohit Suri. 

Career

Tanishk Bagchi’s career originally started as a composer for the TV show Dance India Dance and Thapki Pyaar Ki. Later he worked as a music producer for the song Meherbani alongside Aditya Dev. His first Bollywood debut was back in 2015 with the very famous movie Tanu Weds Manu Returns song Banno with Vayu. Bagchi made his solo debut as a composer with Samandar with Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon.
