Sonu Nigam’s Childhood

Agam Kumar Nigam and Shobha Nigam welcomed Sonu Nigam into the world on July 30 1973 in the city of Faridabad Haryana. His mother was a Garhwal native whereas his father was from Agra. Professional vocalist Teesha Nigam is also his sister. Another sister of his Meenal Nigam practices yoga and is situated in Bengaluru. 

At the age of four Sonu Nigam accompanied his father Agam Kumar Nigam on stage to perform the song Kya Hua Tera Wada by Mohammed Rafi. • Sonu Nigam made his stage debut at the young age of four! He sang Kya Hua Tera Wada his debut song live with his father.

• Sonu Nigam was a singer to sing Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh from 1942 Love Story according to RD Burman.
