And it was at this crucial juncture that he made the decision to support numerous struggling models. He began modestly because he had a mission. After taking a two-week photography course he was already a common photographer with a camera in his hand. Little has changed. With a strong goal to transform the modelling industry he established his own business Mash Audio Visuals Pvt. Ltd. and began creating portfolios.

Then in 2002 he founded a company with his three friends that failed after six months. Sandeep however had an open thought. He took his entire experience into a written book on marketing while keeping the idea of Sharing at the forefront of his mind. The book wasn't any success. 

The year was 2003. By completing the monumental effort of snapping more than 10 000 pictures of 122 models in just 10 hours and 45 minutes he set a world record. But as anticipated he continued. His attention was not diverted by the attention and brief admiration he received. Instead it spurred his natural urge to further transform the modelling industry.

When he was 26 years old he started ImagesBazaar website. Being a little setup he accepted the role of multitasking. He paved his path forward by acting as the counsellor telemarketer and photographer all by himself. Today ImagesBazaar has over a million photographs and more than 7000 clients from 45 different countries making it the greatest collection of Indian images in the world.
