Cricket player Rasikh Salam Dar was born in India on April 5 2000. Rasikh's age is 22 years. His zodiac sign is Aries. Rasikh was born in Kulgam district Jammu and Kashmir India. He made his Mumbai Indians debut at the youngest age 17 years and 353 days. But due to an error on his birth certificate the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) suspended him for two years in June 2019.

The Mumbai Indians acquired him in December 2018 during the player auction for the 2019 Indian Premier League. He became the third Jammu & Kashmiri cricketer to be selected for the Indian Premier League. 

On October 3 2018 he made his List A debut for Jammu & Kashmir in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy.

On October 3 2018 he faced Rajasthan in his List A debut. Since then he has had the opportunity to play in two List A matches where he has taken three wickets with a 5.60 economy rate.

First-class cricket debut

In addition on December 30 2018 he made his first-class cricket debut with the Ranji Trophy. He has since had the opportunity to participate in two Ranji matches during which he has taken 7 wickets with a 3.51 economy rate.

T20 cricket debut

On February 22 2019 he played in his first T20 match for the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Since then he has participated in six T20 Internationals. took 4 wickets at a 53 batting average. And his finest effort during this was 3 wickets for 38 runs.

IPL Debut

In the 2019 IPL season he made his debut with the Mumbai Indians team against the Delhi Capitals team. His IPL debut was average; he gave up 42 runs in 4 overs.Following his departure from the Mumbai Indians squad in 2020 he was chosen in the mega-auction for the Kolkata Knight Riders team in the IPL 2022. Banned from BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) (2019)

The J&K pace bowler Rasikh Salam was given a two-year suspension due to an age difference. 

The BCCI stated "The BCCI has suspended Rasikh for two years following a discrepancy—submission of defective birth certificate." In the most recent first-class season the 17-year-old represented J&K in U-19 Ranji Trophy and limited-overs matches. Mumbai Indians also selected him for Rs.20 000 to play in the IPL. 

He received the new ball in MI's season opener against Delhi Capitals in place of Jasprit Bumrah. He bowled his full four overs going for 42 runs despite impressing with pace and briefly unsettling the openers. However that was to be his only game.

In his two first-class matches the right-arm bowler has taken seven wickets and amassed 45 runs. Irfan Pathan a former India bowler who was now a coach for J&K had previously told HT that Salam reminded him of Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Irfan Khan was quite startled by his actions.
