In 2013 M. D. Shridhar released the romantic comedy Bulbul in the Kannada language. It is a partial remake of the Telugu movie Darling with the flashback parts taking 50 First Dates as their inspiration. Darshan Ambarish and debutante Rachita Ram all appear in the movie. Kaviraj wrote the lyrics and V. Harikrishna wrote the music for the movie.

Nanda Kishore's 2015 action comedy movie Ranna is made in the Kannada language. Sudeepa Prakash Raj Rachita Ram Haripriya Madhoo Devaraj Avinash Sharath Lohitashwa and Sadhu Kokila are among the ensemble cast members in the movie. It is an official remake of the Attarintiki Daredi movie from Telugu in 2013.

Along with the cast Rachita Ram held a press conference for her movie Love You Rachchu. During the press conference pictures from the movie were screened. She was questioned about acting in private situations by one of the reporters. The script according to Rachita required it. 

She continued by saying There are so many married people here. No one will be embarrassed by me I assure you. What happens after marriage though? How do they behave? They'll do romance right? That is what the movie shows. Rachita continued I've performed in these scenarios for a reason. Once you see the movie you will understand. You recently gave birth right? Why don't you tell me?
