Indian historical action drama film in the Marathi language directed by Digpal Lanjekar and made by Almonds Creations in collaboration with A A Films. Chinmay Mandlekar Mrinal Kulkarni Ajay Purkar and Sameer Dharmadhikari as well as Ankit Mohan Prajakta Mali and Kshitee Jog play supporting roles in the movie based on the life of Maratha fighter Baji Prabhu Deshpande.

It is the third movie in an eight-movie Maratha Empire series. Digpal Lanjekar announced this third film about underappreciated Maratha heroes after Farzand and Fatehshikast. Sher Shivraj came after it. The movie was a major financial success earning 43 crores (US$5.4 million) making it the highest-grossing Marathi movie of 2022 and the third-highest-grossing Marathi movie of all time.

The movie shows the Battle of Pavan Khind also known as the Maratha Warrior Baji Prabhu Deshpande versus Siddi Masud of the Adilshah Sultanate's last rearguard stand which occurred on July 13 1660 at a mountain pass near Fort Vishalgad close to Kolhapur Maharashtra India.

Prajakta Mali a Marathi television actress may be in trouble as the police have been instructed by the Thane Magistrate Court to file a complaint against her.

The actress was charged with attempting to assault her fashion designer a few days earlier. Prajakta has now received a summons to appear in court. Additionally the actress has been charged with threatening the complainant and the court has ordered the police to file a new complaint. The actress has been summoned to appear in court for this case's upcoming hearing on June 26. Janhavi Manchanda the clothes designer for Prajakta has complained against the actress for allegedly assaulting and beating her.

The police were instructed to file a new charge against the actress under Section 504 for threatening the complainant by sending a humiliation notice before the complaint was even filed according to the proceedings on Saturday before Thane Magistrate Judge V. V. Rao.

The director reportedly rejected one of the actress' dresses on April 5 2019 while she was filming for her show Maharashtrachi Hasyajatra. The actress attempted to trim the couture dress with a pair of scissors because she wasn't prepared to wear another garment. The actress and the designer got into a fight over it and the designer later accused the actress of assaulting and beating her.
