Mohammed Shami’s Biography

Mohammad Shami’s Biography Tring

Mohammed Shami Ahmed a cricket player for India birthdate is on September 3rd 1990. Mohammed Shami's birthplace is Delhi. He participates in all forms of the game as a bowler for the Indian national cricket team. He competes for Bengal at home and Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League.

He is a right-arm fast bowler who uses swing especially reverse swing to move the ball in both directions when he bowls the ball off the seam. Shami made his international debut in a One Day International (ODI) against Pakistan in January 2013 by bowling four debut overs. He took a five-wicket haul in his Test debut against the West Indies in November 2013. He achieved 100 ODI wickets in the fastest time of any Indian bowler.

He became the second Indian bowler to record a hat-trick in a World Cup game during the 2019 Cricket World Cup. Shami now holds the second-highest contract grade from the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) an A-grade central contract as of 2022. Shami was taken to Badruddin Siddique a cricket coach in Moradabad a town 22 kilometers (14 miles) away from his family when he was 15 years old.

The coach saw he was not an average boy when he watched him bowl for the first time at the age of 15. I therefore chose to train him. Due to the lack of club cricket in this country I spent a year preparing him for the UP trials. He was diligent reliable and cooperative. He did not miss a single day of training. He bowled well during the under-19 trials but politics prevented him from being selected. When they asked me to bring him the following year I declined since I didn't want Shami to miss a single year. I so suggested that they move him to Kolkata.

Mohammed Shami’s Family

Mohammed Shami’s father is Tousif Ali. His father is a farmer and also earned a spare part shop. Mohammed Shami's brother's name is Mohammed Hasib. He has three brothers one sister and a total of four siblings. He wed Hasin Jahan on June 6 2014 and the union produced a daughter they called Aaira Shami.

Throughout his stay at Moradabad Shami put a lot of effort into perfecting his technique. After games he would ask for the used balls so he could learn how to reverse swing the older ball a talent that would be crucial to his success later in his career. Although he was not chosen for the Uttar Pradesh under-19 team Badruddin sent him to Kolkata later that year to improve his chances of being chosen for a state team. Debabrata Das a former assistant secretary of the Cricket Association of Bengal was referred to Shami after he had played for the Dalhousie Athletic Club.

Debabrata Das was delighted with Shami's bowling and urged him to join his club the Town Club. Shami who was homeless in Kolkata was taken in by Das to live with him. Shami was chosen for the Bengal under-22 team by Bengal selector Sambaran Banerjee after bowling well for Town Club. Banerjee was impressed with Shami's performance.

Shami has never desired money. The sound that produces from striking the stumps was his target. Most of his wickets have been bowled ever since I first saw him. On or just outside off stump he bowls with an upright seam that causes the ball to cut back in.

Shami later joined one of Bengal's top teams Mohun Bagan Cricket Club to get selected for the complete national team. In the Eden Gardens nets he bowled to former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly who later recommended him to the state selectors. Shortly thereafter Shami was chosen for the Bengal team to compete in the 2010–11 Ranji Trophy.

But the marriage couldn't last much longer and in 2012 they split up. She only met Shami during this time and the two began dating and falling in love before getting married. However given the claims they are continuing to live.

When Hasin Jahan shared a photo of their daughter on Instagram on Sunday the long-running arguments between the Team India pacer Mohammed Shami and his wife took a new turn. Jahan who has previously leveled numerous accusations against the speedster that has yet to be verified posted a photo of their daughter's birthday on social media with the caption Aaira Jahan.

It's interesting to note that she used her name instead of her daughter's father Shami's while writing her name. Jahan has been in the news frequently since she first made the claims against him in 2017 and the BCCI once put Shami's contract on hold when she accused him of domestic violence. Later evidence disproved the accusations.

The post implied that the couple's relationship would soon be in its latter stages. Even though they haven't yet divorced Hasin Jahan has been living apart from Shami and with her daughter. The lawsuit is still continuing in court since numerous different aspects of their private life were made public in front of the nation's inhabitants during primetime.

A few days following the accusations Mohammed Shami issued a statement in which he claimed to be a law-abiding citizen who would do whatever it took to protect his family's future and himself. The batsman has also insisted that cricket is his major priority and that he won't let the situation influence how well he plays on the field.

Mohammed Shami’s Controversies

Controversies between Mohammed Shami and Hasin Jahan

After Hasin Jahan reported Shami to the police on several charges including match-fixing adultery and domestic abuse the BCCI opted to terminate Shami's contract. Jahan accused the cricketer of receiving money from a Pakistani woman but the cricketer refuted all of Jahan's accusations. After Jahan filed a written complaint an FIR was filed at the Jadavpur police station in Kolkata against Shami and his family members under Indian Penal Code sections 498A (cruelty to women by their husbands and relatives) 307 (murder attempt) 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation). The Kolkata Police is looking into the allegations of adultery and domestic abuse.

Jahan claimed in a different press conference that Shami had previously pushed her into a room with his brother to get her to have sex with him. She continued by claiming that if she hadn't gotten hold of the cell phone as evidence against him Shami would have left for UP and divorced her. Jahan added that a businessman from London had introduced her husband to girls.

After the well-known victory people fired off celebratory gunshots in Islamabad and Karachi Pakistan while thousands of others lit off firecrackers in Muslim-majority Kashmir India where forces are engaged in an insurgency. Former India Test cricketer Gautam Gambhir now an MP for the dominant Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party called the celebration of Pakistan's victory shameful.
