Anees Bazmee directed the action comedy movie Ready which was released in 2011 and is in Hindi. Salman Khan and Asin Thottumkal appear in the movie which is their second collaboration after London Dreams. Wave Cinemas and One Up Entertainment distributed Ready.

Prem a quick thinker assists his friend Khushi in eloping with Raju. Her father Abhinav and the Kapoors are enraged by this. Prem appeases his family who arranges his marriage to Pooja. Sanjana who has just fled her wedding overhears Prem telling his uncle that he has abandoned Pooja. Sanjana disguises herself as her since the Kapoors haven't yet met her joins them and quickly wins them over. Amar and Suraj her maternal uncles look for a husband to get her still married.

Sanjana is taken away by Suraj. The Kapoors still want her to be Prem's wife in spite of the fact.
