His loyal sidekick, Sarkeshwar, also known as Circuit (Arshad Warsi), is always by his side. Every year, Munna and Circuit's gang turn his hideout into a real hospital so that Munna's parents, Hari (Sunil Dutt) and Parvati (Rohini Hattangadi), who come to visit, think that Munna has become a real doctor. He realizes that Sanjay wants to stop his wedding, so he promises to make sure that Sanjay fails. Sanjay and Riya try to make Anjali feel jealous so she'll realize she loves Sanjay.
Riya tells Anjali at the Mehendi ceremony that she and Sanjay were never together. Anjali says that she has loved Sanjay her whole life, but he has never known it because he has only seen her as his best friend. When Rohit finds out about this, it breaks his heart. Rohit tells Anjali's mother that she and Anjali's daughter both wanted Sanjay to be Anjali's husband. Both Anjali and her mother wanted Sanjay to be Anjali's husband from the bottom of their hearts. Anjali goes to Mumbai in her wedding dress to meet Sanjay when she finds out that he won't be at her wedding. She asks why he went away. Sanjay tells her how much he loves her by saying that he can't imagine her getting married to anyone else. Last, they tell each other how much they love each other.
