Debut Career (2006)

After Harshad Chopda received his diploma he moved right away to Mumbai to start an acting career. He made his TV debut in 2006 with his programme Mamta in the 2006 television series Mamta on Zee TV as Karan Srivastav.

Early Career (2007-2016)

Harshad Chopda played Cadet Ali Baig on SAB TV's Left Right Left from 2006 to 2007.His next role was alongside Kashmira Irani in Sony TV's Amber Dhara as Akshat Mehra.He co-starred with Additi Gupta as Prem Juneja in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil on Star Plus from 2008 to 2010.

In Star Plus's Tere Liye which aired from 2010 to 2011 Chopda starred opposite Anupriya Kapoor as Anurag Ganguly. He co-starred with Aasiya Kazi in the 2011–2012 season of NDTV Imagine's Dharampatni as Mohan Gala.

In 2012 in Life OK's Dil Se Di Dua... Saubhagyavati Bhava? Chopda played Raghavendra Pratap Singh alongside Sriti Jha and Karanvir Bohra.  He co-starred with Shivya Pathania in the Sony TV series Humsafars from 2014 to 2015 as Sahir Azeem Chaudhary.

Movie Debut (2017)

In 2017   Harshad Chopda debuted in the movie The End co-starring Priya Banerjee Divyendu Sharma and Kiku Sharda playing the role of Rahul.

Blockbuster Series (2018)

Harshad Chopda co-starred with Jennifer Winget as Captain Aditya Hooda in the 2018 episode of Bepannah on Colors TV. Bepannaah had a good beginning breaking into the top five shows in just its first week. Harshad nails his portrayal of Aditya with some grim humour and hard-hitting one-liners.

It formerly starred Hina Khan Karan Mehra Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan and was produced by Rajan Shahi under the auspices of Director Kut Productions. As of October 2021 it has Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda as the third generation.
