The same episodes were shown again on Colours Rishtey in 2016, but the show was called Salaam-E-Ishq Daastaan Mohabbat Ki. On Raj TV, this show is also called Alaipayuthey in Tamil. 

In 2015, Arora tried his hand at reality by taking part in the stunt-based show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 6 on Colours TV. He came in 15th place. After a year, in 2016, he played an IAS officer named Adarsh Sinha on Star Plus's legal drama Dahleez. Tridha Choudhury also starred in the show. After 104 episodes, the show was taken off the air. Arora starred as SuperCop Jai in Life OK's supernatural drama SuperCops vs Supervillains from 2016 to 2017, which was met with critical acclaim. A year later, he played Rajkumar Angad in the great Star Bharat show Mayavi Maling, also called The Kings Daughters. The story of the show is about finding the strength to fight even the most powerful evils. Set in a world of fantasy. But the audience wasn't impressed, so after three months, it was taken off the air.

In the comedy show Tera Kya Hoga Alia on SAB TV in 2019, Arora played the part of Alok Parihar. For the second season, the show was changed and renamed Carry On, Alia. When the show was canceled in October 2020, it had been on the air for two seasons. In August 2021, he played Arjun Chatterjee, a grey character, on Colours TV's family drama Thoda Sa Badal Thoda Sa Paani. Ishita Dutta and Karan Suchak also starred in the show. The show is based on the movie Ek Vivaah... Aisa Bhi, but not exactly. Sona Roder Gaan, a Bengali movie, was made from it. Due to low ratings, the show will end in March 2022, after only seven months. From March to June 2023, he played Dr. Satya Adhikari on StarPlus's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, which starred Ayesha Singh.

Thota Sa Baadal Thoda Sa Paani is an Indian drama that is shown on Colours TV. It is in Hindi. It started on August 23, 2021, and came to an end on March 4, 2022. Ishita Dutta, Karan Suchak, and Harshad Arora are all in it. The show is based on the movie Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi, but not exactly. Sona Roder Gaan, a Bengali movie, was made from it.

The Final Call

The Final Call is an Indian web series that started airing in 2019 and is based on Priya Kumar's 2015 novel I Will Go with You. It is a Vijay Lalwani film about the people on a flight from Mumbai to Sydney whose lives are in danger when the captain decides to kill himself on board. The Final Call was first shown on ZEE5 on February 22, 2019. It stars Arjun Rampal, Neeraj Kabi, Sakshi Tanwar, Harshad Arora, Anupriya Goenka, Javed Jaffrey, Paula McGlynn, Anshuman Malhotra, and Vipin Sharma. Priya Kumar told the press at a press conference that she is also writing season 2 of The Final Call.

Kashmir, Kochi, Thailand, and London were all places where the show was filmed. Some of the show was filmed in London on the same plane set that was used for the 2016 movie Sully. Rampal took several classes that taught him how to fly for the part. Before, it was called Row No. 26.

Carry on Alia

Alia and Alok both work at the same Hindi medium school as teachers of history and physical training, respectively. Tara Kohli comes to the school as an English teacher. She only sees Alok as a friend, but Tara's beauty and charm make Alia feel insecure. Tara is later moved up to become the school's vice principal.

Mayavi Maling

Mayavi Maling, which is also called The Kings Daughters, is a Hindi fantasy drama TV show that started on Star Bharat on May 1 and ended on August 18, 2018. The show takes place in a fantasy world, and Neha Solanki, Vaani Sood, and Gracy Goswami each play one of the three princesses, Pranali, Eshwarya, and Garima. Shiladitya, the father of the princesses and the King of Maling is played by actor Shakti Anand. Harshad Arora plays Angad, the powerful and evil Prince of Mahapuram, a nearby kingdom.
