This film is a remake of Paduvaaralli Pandavaru a 1978 Kannada film by Puttanna Kanagal that Bapu later dubbed in Telugu as Mana Voori Pandavulu (1978). The distribution of the film was handled by renowned distributor R. N. Mandre.

Ram Lakhan is a 1989 Indian masala movie in the Hindi language that was written and directed by Subhash Ghai, Raakhee, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, Madhuri Dixit and Amrish Puri all play major roles in Ram Lakhan's ensemble cast. Paresh Rawal, Anupam Kher, Gulshan Grover, Saeed Jaffrey and Satish Kaushik are among the supporting actors. R. D. Burman was originally slated to write the film's score but after recording two songs he was replaced by Laxmikant-Pyarelal with lyrics written by Anand Bakshi. A special cameo by Ghai was also made in the song Tera Naam Liya Tujhe Yaad Kiya.

The song My Name Is Lakhan which was filmed by him has become his hallmark and is still his most well-known song to this day. Kapoor's portrayal of Lakhan was well-received and considered one of his best roles. Raakhee won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award and Kher and Kaushik shared the Filmfare Best Comedian Award at the 35th Filmfare Awards where the movie was nominated in various categories.

Gulshan Grover’s Movie: Mohra (1994)

Rajiv Rai's 1994 action thriller movie Mohra was made in Hindi and released in India. With Paresh Rawal, Gulshan Grover, Raza Murad and Sadashiv Amrapurkar serving as supporting actors the film stars Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon and Naseeruddin Shah (in his 100th film). The movie went on to earn the second-highest box office revenue in India for that year. 

Nine Filmfare nominations for the movie were given in 1995. The movie's songs which were chart-toppers that year are also fondly recalled. Raveena Tandon earned the moniker the mast girl due to the success of the song Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast which featured her as the lead actress. When they receive a call from Gangster Kabeera (Gulshan Grover) on a wrong number intended for Mr. Devi Prasad owner of Star Fisheries their lives take an unexpected turn (Kulbhushan Kharbanda). The error in the phone book that makes the number for Star Fisheries appear as Star Garage's and vice versa is the cause of the incorrect number. Terrorist and kidnapper Kabeera informs Devi Prasad that his granddaughter Rinku has been abducted and demands a ransom. Raju decides to play a game after listening in on Kabeera and Shyam's entire chat.

It is a 2004 Hindi-language supernatural action thriller movie that was directed by Mustan and Abbas Burmawalla. In addition to Farida Jalal Pankaj Dheer Sadashiv Amrapurkar Amrish Puri Shakti Kapoor Gulshan Grover and Mukesh Tiwari playing supporting roles the movie stars Ajay Devgn Vatsal Sheth and Ayesha Takia in the key roles. For her work in the film Ayesha Takia received the Filmfare Best Debut Award. The vehicle known as DC was created by Dilip Chhabria.

It is a 2013 Hindi-language action movie that Tigmanshu Dhulia co-wrote directed and produced with Nitin Tej Ahuja Rahul Mittra and Tigmanshu Dhulia. It was released by BrandSmith Motion Pictures Rahul Mittra Films and Moving Pictures. Fox Star Studios is presenting the movie. 

In addition to Vidyut Jammwal Chunky Pandey Ravi Kishan Vishwajeet Pradhan Gulshan Grover and Raj Babbar the movie stars Saif Ali Khan Sonakshi Sinha and Jimmy Sheirgill in the key roles. The mafia from Uttar Pradesh is the backdrop of the movie as it contends with the industrial and political might of the government.

The action movie Sooryavanshi will be released in 2021 and will be in the Hindi language. It was written and directed by Rohit Shetty and it will also be produced by Hiroo Yash Johar Karan Johar Apoorva Mehta Dharma Productions and Aruna Bhatia under Cape of Good Films. Shetty will also produce the movie under Rohit Shetty Picturez and Reliance Entertainment will serve as both the distributor The fourth entry in Shetty's Cop Universe features Akshay Kumar as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi head of the ATS. While Katrina Kaif Jackie Shroff Jaaved Jaaferi Vivan Bhatena Niharica Raizada Gulshan Grover Abhimanyu Singh Sikandar Kher Nikitin Dheer and Kumud Mishra play crucial roles Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh briefly reprise their Singham and Simmba roles from the Cop Universe.
Sooryavanshi's character was introduced with the announcement of Kumar's character near the end of Simmba. It was originally scheduled for release on March 24 2020 then 2021 but was delayed because to the COVID-19 outbreak in India. It was finally released in theatres on November 5 2021 which also happened to be Diwali following multiple delays. After the COVID-19 epidemic Sooryavanshi although receiving mixed reviews from critics went on to become the most grossing Hindi film of 2021 and the 47th highest grossing Indian film ever with a global revenue of 294 crore.

Shankar is the director of the Tamil action drama film Indian 2. After a long separation Kamal Haasan reunites with legendary director Shankar to work on the follow-up to their international hit Indian from 1996. Following an accident on the sets in February 2020 that resulted in the deaths of a few crew members the movie's production was put on hold. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic financial overruns legal problems and other obligations of the cast and crew production hasn't restarted since that time.
The movie production companies unveiled a poster that read He is Back on August 24. Beginning on August 24 2022 the remainder of the movie will be filmed.

According to a source in the International Business Times before the kissing scene was actually filmed Katrina Kaif and Gulshan Grover practised it for two hours in a dark room. Amitabh Bachchan entered the room during this time and saw them locking lips. Gulshan Grover opened up in a previous interview with a major newspaper about their kissing scene in Kaizad Gustad's Boom. The Bad Man of Bollywood said that the crew reportedly had only two hours to shoot the lip-lock scene in a submerged aquarium at the Hotel Burj Al Arab in Dubai. He described it as one of the most challenging scenes he had ever done in his career.
