Biography 

He is an Indian actor who works in films and TV shows. He was born in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, on November 6, 1988. Most people know Ankit for his work as Parth Kashyap in the Channel V India show Sadda Haq and as Fateh Singh Virk in the Colours TV show Udaariyaan. Ankit got his start on TV in 2012 with the Colours TV show Balika Vadhu. Such TV shows as Oye Jassie, Begusarai, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, Mayavi Maling, Laal Ishq, and Kundali Bhagya have had him in them. His big break in Bollywood came in 2012 with the movie Tutiya Dil. In 2013, Ankit also worked on the short film Mukti. It was Voot's web series Illegal-Justice, Out of Order that gave him his digital start in 2020.

Career 

He started his career by working at a call centre. After that, he went to Mumbai and did a lot of ads and music videos until he decided to become an actor.

Gupta's first role as an actor was as Dr Abhishek Kumar in the 2012 Colours TV show Balika Vadhu. He played Nalender Yadav in the Hindi movie Tutiya Dil the same year. He became well-known in 2014 for his role as Parth Kashyap on the show Sadda Haq on Channel V India.

As Garv Thakur, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi as Jatin Roy, Mayavi Maling as Chegu, and Kundali Bhagya as Pawan Malhotra, Ankit Gupta had regular parts in these shows. Along with Illegal - Justice, Out of Order, Bekaboo 2, and Main Hero Boll Raha Hu, he has also been in other web shows. In the famous Colours TV drama Udaariyaan, Gupta played the male character, Fateh Singh Virk, from 2021 to 2022. He was on the reality show Bigg Boss 16 on Colours TV in 2022 but was kicked off on day 84.

From February to November 2023, Gupta played musician Jahaan Mehta in the Colours TV show Junooniyatt, which was a love musical thriller.

Mayavi Maling, which is also called "The Kings Daughters," is a Hindi magical drama TV show that started on Star Bharat on May 1, 2018, and finished on August 18, 2018.

The show is set in a magical world and has Neha Solanki, Vaani Sood, and Gracy Goswami as the three queens, Pranali, Eshwarya, and Garima. The Indian web series Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu is a crime drama in Hindi that you can watch on ZEE5 and ALTBalaji. Parth Samthaan plays a gangster, and Patralekha Paul is an ambitious actor. It takes place in the Mumbai underground in the 1980s and 1990s and tells the story of Parth Samthaan's character Nawab aka Hero's journey and rise. The web series came out on April 20, 2021.

The story is about Nawab, a 17-year-old boy who has to leave Bareilly and quickly becomes Bombay's toughest don. Lala is Nawab's most important teacher. He was a model in Delhi, then he moved to Mumbai and became an actress there. His folks didn't really back him up when he chose to become a model, but since he already had a job, they let him do it.

• In an interview, he said that he was a very reserved and solitary person.

• In an interview, he said that his director was mean to him when they worked together on the show "Balika Vadhu" in 2012.

• In 2018, he learned martial arts for his show, Mayavi Maling.
