Qazi made his acting debut as Zaid in Imtiaz Ali's romance Laila Majnu in 2018 and later played Kareem in Prime Video's online series The Family Man. In January 2019, he made his Hindi television debut as Raghu Jadhav, a Dombivli criminal who falls for a police officer, in Colours TV's Gathbandhan, opposite Shruti Sharma. Qazi joined Ekta Kapoor's drama series Yeh Hai Chahatein on Star Plus shortly after Gathbandhan finished in November 2019. He plays the lead rocker Rudraksh Khurana alongside Sargun Kaur Luthra.

Abrar Qazi made his acting debut as Zaid in Imtiaz Ali's romance Laila Majnu in 2018 and later played Kareem in Prime Video's online series The Family Man. The show proved to be a watershed moment in his career, giving him broad affection and attention for his acting as well as romantic chemistry with Sargun Kaur Luthra, making the duo extremely famous and the show a huge success.

From 2021 to 2022, he appeared alongside Sargun Kaur Luthra in numerous advertisements, including Jeevansaathi Matrimony and Bru Coffee. In November 2023, Qazi joined Zed TV's Kumkum Bhagya, playing Rajvansh opposite Rachi Sharma.

Yeh Hai Chahatein

Abrar Qazi played a lead role in Yeh Hai Chahtein from 2022-2023. In this series, he played Samrat Khurana also called as sam in the series.
