Big STAR Entertainment Awards - India's leading People's Award

Introduction

The award was announced on December 12, 2010, and the first-ever nominees for the 2010 Awards were revealed online on December 15, 2010, through various entertainment websites. The most recent awards event took place in 2015.

Big Live, the marketing division of Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, created the awards. At Bhavan's Grounds in Mumbai, the first-ever Big Star Entertainment Awards were presented on December 21, 2010. Numerous media outlets, including the verticals of Reliance Broadcast Network, including 92.7 BIG FM, Big Street, Big Live, and Big Digital, provided extensive promotion for the Awards. 

Arshad Warzi unveiled the Big Star Entertainment Prizes statuette at a public ceremony to introduce the awards. According to Reliance Broadcast Network CEO Tarun Katial, the award's purpose was to honor entertainment as it is consumed and enjoyed by audiences. The audience can select their favorite entertainers thanks to this award.
