Zenda is a Marathi movie Telecasted on the channel from the year 2010 and is directed by Avdhoot Gupte.

The conflict between Raj Thackeray, the leader of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), and his cousin Uddhav Thackeray, the president of the Shiv Sena, served as the basis for the plot.

Zenda was released in the year 2010 on the 22nd of January. Zenda is also available on OTT platforms like Zee5 as well as Sony LIV. The movie has an approximate runtime of 1h 58m.

Directed by Avdhoot Gupte, the movie is produced by Avdhoot Gupte as well along with Atul Kamble under the production banner of A Square Entertainments. The main Zenda cast includes Siddharth Chandekar, Neha Joshi,  Santosh Juvekar, Chinmay Mandlekar, and Sachit Patil among many others.

The film is largely based on the political family of Balasaheb Thackeray and is based on the real-life experiences of party workers who have pledged their allegiance to a particular political party. It shows the illustrious background of the party and the powerful organisation that fought for the Marathi community in India's Maharashtra.

The movie follows the journey of four young, ambitious people who want to excel in life, as well as the effects of a significant political party split brought on by a dispute between two cousins who are members of competing political parties.

The son of former Maharashtra Revenue Minister Narayan Rane, Nitesh Rane, led the Swabhiman organisation, which had planned to protest the movie's earlier Release since it portrayed his father negatively.

Zenda received an IMDB rating of 7.0 out of 10.
