Wah! Wah! Kya Baat Hai is an Indian Hindi Language Poetic Comedy Series that aired on Weekdays. It was first started on 15 September 2012  and ended on 29 December 2013. It is broadcasted on Sav TV. Wah! Wah! Kya Baat Hain was produced under the Banner of Neela Telefilms Pvt Ltd. It consists of refined actors like Neha Mehta and Sailesh Lodha who are popular for the role of husband and wife, named Tarak Mehta and Anjali Tarak Mehhai the popular sitcom Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

The show's format is based on 'Haasya Kavi Sammelan,' which will keep the spirit of 'Hasya Kavita' while lightening it up and not trivializing the poetry. Three notable poets from Hindi literature are invited to each episode. 

It also contains a portion called 'Chupa Rustam,' in which less well-known performers are invited and given the opportunity to recite their poem in front of the entire audience, and are given a 'Smriti Chinha' (award and prize), as well as encouragement to continue doing so. Finally, a few short clips are presented at the end, concluding that even the average person can recite Hasya Kavita and convey the idea that everyone has a poet within them.

Pankaj Sudheer Mishra  Directs the Show. In this show, many well-known Hindi Poets, Songwriters, and Urdu Shayars have recited their poems. Suryakumar Pandey, Shambhu Shikhar, Chirag Jain, Sanjay Jhala, and others were among them.
