Udaan is an Indian TV Show produced by a well-known producer of the Film Industry Mahesh Bhatt. Udaan was first going to be the film but later on, the team decided to release it as a TV Show. The Music and the popular Title track of the show ‘Yeh Hoslo ki Udaan Hai’ was given by one of the Finest Singer in the Film Industry Kailash Kher.

Udaan is the story of freedom and identity. The plot of the story is based on an Azadganj, where the villagers are the bonded labors of wealthy Landlord Kamal Naryan. Bhuvan Singh and Kasturi a couple of village face financial difficulty and ask for a loan, they have to let Kamal use their unborn child as a servant. Then, Kasturi gives birth to a girl and names her Chakor- A bird who loves moonshine. The role of young Chakor is played by Spandan Chaturvedi and the role of adult chakor is played by  Meera Deosthaleand Toral Rasputra.

Later on, as Chakor grew up she breaks the barrier of being a servant of Kamal. She somehow escapes from Kamal's cage and after 10 years she came back as a marathon runner and helps the villagers to get freedom and live their life according to their own rule. But her sister  Imli hates her for living their family and creator hurdles in the life of Chakor.

As the story went on Chakor marries Suraj, son of Kamal Rajvanshi, unwillingly but with the time they fell in love with each other and  Suraj helps Chakor to eradicate the unnecessary rules of his Father that he imposed on villagers. The story went through Amazing twists and turns. It gives a message that how to bravely fight for our own rights and this tv show got much love from the audience.

The Director of the show is Kavita Choudhary. The cast of Udaan Includes  Meera Deosthale, Toral Rasputra, Spandan Chaturvedi, Vidhi Pandya, Tasheen shah, Vijendra Kumeria, Paras Arora, Prachee Pathak, Rajiv Kumar, Sai Deodhar.
