Twenty One Hours, directed by ad director Jaishankar Pandit, is an experimental thriller that seeks to carve out its own niche, and it succeeds in that regard. Moving away from all tried-and-true commercial characteristics, the picture concentrates solely on the central theme, leaving plenty of room for suspense and intrigue.

Girish, played by Dinesh and his wife arrive in Bengaluru from Coimbatore in search of their missing daughter, Madhuri Menon, played by Durga Krishna, according to the plot, which is based on a true story. Srikanth, played by Dhananjaya, is an investigator and has taken up the case. The story is rather detailed in revealing Madhuri Menon's personal side, with several suspects. Despite several clues, Srikanth finds it difficult to solve the case, which is made more more difficult by Madhuri's death. Darker revelations emerge as the inquiry progresses.

Twenty One Hours is a must watch for all the suspense lovers. It will definitely not disappoint its audience with a layered performance by every actor, especially by Dhananjaya, Sudev Nair and Durga Krishna.
