Mubarakan is a Hindi romantic comedy movie about Karan and Charan, the twin brothers with completely opposite personalities,  both portrayed by Arjun Kapoor in a dual role. 

The love lives of Karan and Charan are the central theme of the film. While Charan was raised in Punjab, Karan was raised in London. While Charan is straightforward, idealistic, and honest in his attitude, Karan is street-smart, cunning, and showy. While Charan is in a relationship with Nafisa, Karan is in love with Sweety. The wedding of Karan and Binkle, a member of one of London's wealthiest families, is organized by Karan's family. He persuades his family to arrange a meeting with Charan in its place. Except for Charan, whose family is unhappy with this development because he wants to wed Nafisa.
