 What is K.G.F 

K.G.F is an Indian Kannada Language Action Thriller  Movie. Under the banner of Hombale Films, Vijay Kiragandur produced the film. It is the first of the series' two parts, with K.G.F: Chapter 2. Yash plays Rocky in the movie, and Ramachandra Raju, making his acting debut, plays Garuda. The movie's narration is provided by Anant Nag, with supporting performances by Srinidhi Shetty, Tarak Ponnappa, Vasishta N. Simha, Achyuth Kumar, and Malavika Avinash. It was the most costly Kannada film at the time of its release, with a budget of 800 million rupees. In Second Part of the Movie, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, and Prakash Raj all-star in the movie. K.G.F has an IMDb rating of 8.2 out of 10.

K.G.F: Chapter 1 was initially released in Kannada on December 20, 2018, and Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi dubs followed the next day in India. The movie received mixed reviews from reviewers, but it did well at the box office, grossing 2.5 billion ($2.8 billion or US$37 million in 2020) during its full theatrical run and going on to become the highest-grossing Kannada movie. K.G.F was made on a budget of 80 crore rupees and it went on to gain 250 crore rupees during its theatrical run. K.G.F also became a cult classic in the process.

K.G.F Plot

The plot of K.G. F Chapter one revolves around Rocky who is a deadly shooter in Mumbai who was poor from birth. He assumes the identity of a slave laborer in the Narachi limestone mine (Kolar Gold Fields) in order to assassinate Garuda, the future heir of Kolar Gold Fields when his employer's boss offers him complete control of Mumbai. He aims to achieve fortune and power in order to keep a promise to his dying mother. His pursuit leads him to Mumbai, where he becomes engaged with the famed gold mafia. His Journey in achieving his goals continues in K.G.F Chapter 2.

K.G.F. Chapter 2

K. G. F Chapter 2 story starts with Rocky, whose name inspires dread in the hearts of his adversaries, who is the new overlord of Kolar Gold Fields (KGF), a place covered in blood. Rocky is revered as their saviour by his allies, while his foes plot his demise and the government views him as a danger to law and order. Rocky will face bloodier wars and gloomier days as he pursues undisputed supremacy. 

K.G.F: Chapter 2 received a theatrical release in Kannada on April 14, 2022, along with dubs in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. Additionally, it is the first Kannada movie to be shown in IMAX.
