Vishal Pandya is the director of the 2015 Hindi-language sensual thriller movie Hate Story 3. Sharman Joshi, Karan Singh Grover, Zareen Khan, and Daisy Shah play the key characters in this T-Series production. The movie is one in the Hate Story Films collection.

Affluent businessman Aditya Dewan and his wife Siya open a hospital in honour of their late brother Vikram at the start of the film. He tells a heartwarming tale of Vikram helping his friend Karan, who had liver problems as a child, by giving Karan half of his liver.

Unexpectedly, a stranger named Saurav Singhania gives Aditya a pricey car and extends an invitation to lunch for him and his wife. During lunch, Saurav concocts a ridiculous plan to sleep with Siya in exchange for significantly increasing Aditya's company's profits. Aditya scornfully declines the offer. Saurav begins preparing a plan to ruin Aditya's company. Aditya's cola factory is forced to shut down as a result of the man's payment of one of the workers there to combine poisons, and Aditya then places all the responsibility on his dependable employee Kaya.

When Kaya flies to Malaysia, Saurav tells a made-up tale about how his sister killed herself because of Aditya. After having a sexual relationship, Kaya agrees to assist Saurav. Kaya is accused of being duped after Aditya requests that she send money to a politician. She's asked to phone Aditya and tell him that she no longer wishes to be his puppet by Saurav as a way of helping her. Kaya is furious because she accused Aditya falsely, so Saurav executes her and frames Aditya. Siya agrees to sleep with Saurav after realising that Aditya is the target of all the evidence. It is discovered that Vikram's brother Aditya murdered him so he could take over as the company's chairman. While leaving with evidence proving Aditya's acquittal in Kaya's death, Siya poisons Saurav.

Aditya prepares to begin a fresh project. We learn that Saurav is still alive. He challenges Aditya, and the two get into a violent altercation where both of them suffer injuries. In the climax, Saurav murders Siya and Aditya before passing out.

Vikram was revealed to have been injured in the tragic accident but survived. The identity of Saurav, who chose to exact revenge on his friend Vikram, is also revealed to be Karan, Vikram's best friend. Saurav is shown recuperating towards the end of the film, and the dialogue reads, "Relationships are made from the heart, not by blood."

Hate Story 3 was a commercial success, earning close to 90 crore rupees and was praised by the critics as well, with most critics applauding the screenplay and the performances by the star cast.
