Gold

Gold is a Malayalam movie with a plot that develops between the happenings that occur over the course of four days in the life of Joshi, a proprietor of a mobile business who buys a new car because of an impending marriage to Radha that is virtually finalized.

Alphonse Puthren is the director of the Indian movie Gold. The producers are Supriya Menon and Listin Stephen. The main cast of Gold includes Prithviraj Sukumaran, Nayanthara, Chemban Vinod, Roshan Mathew, Vinay Fort, Krishna Sankar, Baburaj, Jagadish, etc.

Gold will be released in the year 2022 on the 1st of December. September 2021 marked the start of principal photography, which lasted until June 2022.

Gold was originally scheduled for global theatre release during Onam in September 2022, but it has been postponed because of post-production issues.

Rajesh Murugesan, Puthren's usual composer, collaborates for the first time with Prithviraj on the music for the movie. Shabareesh Varma wrote all of the lyrics.
