Fandry, is a 2013 Marathi-language movie written and directed by first-time director Nagraj Manjule. The plot centres on a young boy's love in the face of caste-based prejudice. 

The film was originally released on 17th October 2013 at the Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF) however it was released to the General audience in India in the year 2014 on the 14th of February.

This film is a story of a teenage Dalit boy who lives on the outskirts of the village and falls in love with an upper caste girl is told in the movie, which is about caste inequality and is set in the village of Akolner near Ahmednagar.

The film's star cast includes Kishor Kadam, Somnath Avghade, Suraj Pawar, Chhaya Kadam, Nagraj Manjule, and Rajeshwari Kharat 

The film won many awards at different film festivals including the Grand Jury Prize at the Mumbai International Film Festival. Fandry won the Indira Gandhi Award for Best Debut Film of a director.

After receiving positive reviews at the Mumbai International Film Festival, Zee Entertainment acquired the rights to distribute the movie in Maharashtra on 125 to 150 screens. The movie's producers, Nilesh Navalakha and Vivek Kajaria said, "Fandry is one of the most anticipated movies in recent memory, so we've decided to go very strong on our marketing."

The film received an IMDB rating of 8.2 out of 10. Fandry collected Rs 7 crores in total at the box office.
