The story follows two small-time criminals named Tara and Sitara (Govinda and Sanjay Dutt, respectively) who cross paths with Panther and Cobra (Gulshan Grover and Ashish Vidyarthi, respectively), two wanted felons, and are forced to flee for their lives. They eventually arrive at Major Ram Singh's (Jackie Shroff) home, who is also searching for Panther and Cobra. Ram Singh shelters them because he believes they are nice people. Following the abduction of Sitara and Tara's mother (Himani Shivpuri), Panther and Cobra force both of them to carry out their demands, which include violating Ram Singh's hospitality and taking his son.
